Done And Done!
My kids finished 2 games today - Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door, and Stuart Little 3: Big Photo Adventure.
In between, we visited with family, played frisbee, rode bikes and went to a garage sale (no luck), but video games were the bread on our Sunday sandwich.
The former (Paper Mario) was the more significant accomplishment, since we had put in over 70 hours together over the last couple months playing the game. Finishing the game felt like turning the last page of a 500+ page novel. Despite a few annoyances here and there, we all loved Paper Mario: TTD.
The latter (Stuart Little) was a little more mundane. My kids had played the game more than a year ago, and in the last few months, had only played it here and there. And as of the last time they played, they were unable to get to the last level. But they picked Stuart Little up again a few days ago, and today, they reached the last level, so today, they finished the game. Simple as that.
Aaaaaaaaaaaaand I'm out.
